The three best spots are the Everglades,
Pacific river mouths in Costa Rica and the Pearl Lagoon in Nicaragua.
I usually mix snook fishing with Roosters in Costa Rica anytime of the year and in the
Everglades with Bone fishing in May.
Nicaragua's Pearl Lagoon is hard to reach
(3 plane rides and a 6 hour boat ride)
but is the very best and I do it once a year in March with 6 fisherman.
